1. Oxford Street

Speak with people across the globe and many will recognise this road name. Oxford Street is home to over 300 shops and notable stores, including Selfridges and John Lewis. In the west end of London, there’s always something happening to keep people entertained, from music events to in-store exhibitions, free blow dries to fashion showcases. It can be walked from Marble Arch down to Tottenham Court Road and is Europe’s busiest shopping street. Each day it sees approximately half a million visitors.

2. Regent Street

Oxford Street also interlinks with Regent Street, with restaurants and shops galore. It runs all the way down to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus, giving shoppers plenty of road to stretch their legs and purses along with them. Some of the flagship stores include popular children’s store, Hamleys, globally famous boutique department store, Liberty London, Jaegar and the Apple store. Once your legs are tired from all the trekking up and down, it’s time to get picked up by a chauffeur. It’ll save you the hassle of dealing with the underground, while also ensuring you can view London from the comfort of your car window.

3. Covent Garden

Home to hoards of street artists and entertainers, Covent Garden is a popular shopping destination to head to. It has a true buzz about it, with restaurants and pubs covering all types of cuisine mingling with boutique shops and popular household names.

Steeped in history, it’s also home to the Royal Opera House if you fancy combining culture with couture. Don’t forget to book a chauffeur to finish off your trip in style, or to have your bags dropped off at your hotel so you can carry on your day with ease. It’ll mean you can head to your favourite West End show without any baggage!

4. Carnaby Street

There are also more than 50 independent restaurants and bars to quench your appetite and thirst while shopping.

5. King’s Road

Situated in the heart of Chelsea and Fulham, King’s Road is a fantastic place to head to if you want to embrace London’s opulent, stylish heart. It was once used as a private road by King Charles II when he travelled to Kew and remained this way until 1830. It now has hundreds of shops lining its meticulous roads. For a culture break, there’s also the Saatchi gallery to enjoy.

The Peter Jones department store (part of the John Lewis family) is a huge draw to the area, along with the many high-end interior design stores and boutique art galleries. In the 1960s, the street became associated with mod culture, although it is far more sleek and sophisticated in style these days.

6. Westfield Shopping Center
